Universities are committed to providing a high quality and fair admissions procedure. However, we recognise that there may be occasions when applicants feel that they have cause for complaint. A complaints procedure is available. Please contact us for further details.

Financial responsibility of students on the programme

Prior to participating in the Programme, students should have adequate funds to cover:

  • study at each of the Partners including relevant financial documents required for visa purposes;
  • tuition, academic and other fees payable in respect of participation in the Programme and membership of a Partner;
  • medical/health insurance (check insurance coverage provided by the ECT Consortium);
  • travel to and from the student’s home country to the other Partners as required by the Programme;
  • personal and living expenses, including accommodation and food; and
  • any other debts incurred by students or their dependants for the duration of their study abroad.

The ECT Consortium JPB strongly recommends you to consider the expected costs of the programme (pdf) in a realistic way before you decide to enroll. The ECT Consortium cannot assume any responsibility if a student must leave the ECT+ EMJMD programme before its conclusion due to economical reasons.
