Synopsis
This course will provide competences and skills (transversal or specific) contributing to enhance student’s formation (as citizen, languages, politics, culture, or any other way) or just because it is a topic of his/her interest. Being a choice of the student, the free option promotes his/her involvement in establishing his/her individual profile and increases his/her responsibility in his/her formation.

Objectives
ECTS, working hours, and contact hours depend on the students’ chosen course. The student may choose to take a course at any 2nd cycle level of U.Porto, in any area, with 3 or 6 ECTS, with 81 hours or 162 total hours of work, respectively.
The main objective of this course is to provide the student with a transverse or specific competences of his/her interest and/or that are important for his/her individual profile.
